Tandoori Zaika Llp

Tandoori Zaika Llp is right in the middle of the action at 2007, B2 Main Bazar. If you know the bazaar, you know how crowded it gets. There is always noise from the street, people shouting, and bikes honking. Our place is small and the tandoor is always running. It gets very hot inside, especially during the summer months. We spend most of our time standing by the fire or prepping the dough. The walls are a bit charred from the smoke, but that’s just how a tandoor shop looks. We don't have fancy furniture or a big staff. It's just a few of us working the clay oven and serving whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of coal or the flour delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out. We start the fire early in the afternoon so it's ready by evening. The Main Bazar is a tough place to work because it never really sleeps. We close up late at night when the streets finally start to get quiet. Our clothes usually smell like woodsmoke by the time we go home. It’s hard work and it’s sweaty, but it’s what we do. We don’t spend money on marketing; we just keep the tandoor hot and wait for the regulars to show up. It is what it is, just a small shop in a very busy part of town where we try to get through the day's work without too much trouble. We just keep the fire going and hope the flour arrives on time tomorrow.
