Svec Constructions Ltd

We’ve been working out of this spot in Sunlight Colony-1 for a while now. It’s on the first floor at 585A, right in the Ashram area of New Delhi. It gets busy around here, which is just how things go in this part of the city. We’ve got a small team that handles most of the planning and the paperwork for our construction jobs. Some days the office is quiet when everyone is out at the sites, and other days it’s pretty loud with people coming in to talk about project timelines or materials. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking at site drawings and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. If you know the Sunlight Colony area, you know how the traffic can get near the main road, so we try to get an early start most mornings. We mostly focus on getting the work finished properly without a lot of fuss. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some stacks of files on the desks. We’ve grown used to the neighborhood over the years. It’s a practical location for reaching different parts of Delhi when we need to check on progress. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the builds are moving along as they should be. It’s just us doing our jobs.
