Soma Enterprise Ltd. Hydrabad

We are based out in Bodla, which is in the Borwatt area of Banswara. It’s a fairly quiet corner of Rajasthan if you compare it to the big tourist cities. Our company is Soma Enterprise Ltd. Hydrabad, even though our actual daily work happens way over here. The office we have is just a basic building. It isn't anything you would look at twice if you were driving past. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some old fans that hum all day. It gets really hot in the summer, so we usually keep the windows shut and just try to get through the work. Most of the people working here are from the local villages or they live in Banswara town. The roads can be a bit of a mess when it rains, so some days it takes longer to get in. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby to greet people. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking on the phones. There is always a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. We’ve been here for a good while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, and we just use that time to talk or take a break outside. It’s a simple way of doing things. We just focus on finishing our tasks and making sure everything is in order before we head home at the end of the day.
