Shahi Lazeez Caterers & Banquets

We’ve been over here at Sector-10 in Panchkula for a good while now. Shahi Lazeez is just the place where we handle food for folks' weddings and small gatherings. It gets pretty loud in the banquet hall when things are in full swing. We spend most of our mornings chopping onions and getting the gravies ready because people around here expect a certain taste. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just the kitchen and the hall where the magic happens. My cousin helps with the bookings, though he’s usually on his phone. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up and then come back for their own engagement parties. The floors might have a scuff mark or two, but the stoves are always hot. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the biryani is good, people come back, and that’s mostly what we care about. Panchkula has changed a lot, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing a plate come back empty makes it worth the effort. We just do what we know how to do.
