Sustech Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 164 B in Maheshpur, right in Sector 21. It is more of a quiet, residential-style area compared to the busy commercial blocks nearby. The building is a simple structure that fits right into the street. We don’t have any big flashing signs out front, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right house number. Inside, we have converted the space into an office and a small workshop for the power solution equipment we handle. It feels a bit more personal than a big industrial park. You might hear a dog barking down the street or the sound of someone’s garden being watered while we are working on a battery backup or a circuit board. We are a small team and we usually keep the front door closed to keep the dust out. Most of our day is spent testing units or talking to people about their electricity problems. We have a lot of cables and testing meters lying around on the benches. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down and actually talk through a problem without feeling rushed by a line of people behind you. We like being in Sector 21 because it is easy to get to but stays relatively calm. We just do our work, pack up the gear, and head out when the day is done.
