Rycon Infraplanner Private Limited is located at 91/22 in the Housing Board Colony of Sector-22. It is a busy little area and our office is right in the thick of it. We focus on infraplanning which means a lot of our day is spent at desks looking at maps and schedules. We are a small team and we have worked together for quite a while now. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing with cubicles and fancy coffee machines. We just have a plain space where we can get our work done. Sector-22 is a familiar place for us and we like being part of the local community here. We handle a lot of the behind the scenes stuff for building projects. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure everything is lined up correctly. We don't use a lot of big marketing words because that isn't really our style. We just talk to people plainly and try to get things sorted out. Some days are stressful when things don't go to plan but we just deal with it. It’s a practical business and we are practical people. We don't have a huge staff so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. From answering the phone to going out to a site, we just do what is needed. It’s a good way to work and it keeps things interesting for us.
