Ria Constructons Ltd.

We operate out of House Number 1011 in Sector 19 over in Panchkula. It's basically a house that we use for the business stuff for Ria Constructons Ltd. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are moving equipment around. It’s a quiet part of Panchkula compared to some of the main markets. I’ve lived around here for years and decided this was as good a spot as any to run things from. You’ll usually see a couple of white pickup trucks parked near the gate. Inside, there are just desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners. Sometimes the printer jams when we’re trying to get a schedule out, which is annoying but that's life. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to figure out why the sand hasn't arrived. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, someone will eventually come to the door, probably with a cup of tea in their hand. We focus on the local jobs around the sector and the surrounding areas. It’s hard work, and my back usually hurts by the end of the week. We just try to stay busy and keep the guys on the sites focused. It’s a simple operation, really, just working out of the house here in Sector 19. It gets the job done.
