You can find us at Shop No 19 in the Rai Complex over in Barwala, specifically on Shamaldas Gandhi Marg. The shop is usually filled with the scent of different chemicals, which is something you just get used to after working here for a few days. We keep a lot of stock piled up, so the space feels a bit small with all the containers and bags around. It is a busy area and there is always someone unloading a truck or loading up a small van right outside our door. We spend a good portion of our time checking labels and making sure everything is stored where it should be. The Rai Complex is a crowded spot, so things can get a bit chaotic during the middle of the day. We do not really do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to this market for years. We just write out the bills by hand and help move the heavy stuff if someone needs a hand. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the powders we handle, so we have to sweep up pretty often. It is practical work, nothing too complicated. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them for their own businesses or projects. It has been our daily routine for a long time now, and we just keep at it day after day. It is simple, steady work in a very busy marketplace.
