R B Plastic & Rubber Tech

We are located at Plot No 158 in the Industrial Area, Phase 1. It’s a noisy part of town because of all the factories and trucks moving around. At R B Plastic & Rubber Tech, the air usually smells a bit like heated plastic and raw rubber. We have a large open floor where the machines are kept, and it’s rarely quiet during the day. The floors are stained with oil and there are scrap bits of material in the corners. We don't have a fancy front office; it's mostly just a desk near the main door where we handle the paperwork. People who come to visit us are usually wearing work boots and high-visibility vests. The walls are painted a dull grey and have some posters about safety and machine maintenance. Being in Phase 1 means we are surrounded by other industrial units, so there is a constant sound of metal clanging and engines idling nearby. In the summer, the building gets very hot because of the machinery, so we keep the big shutters open to get some air. We drink a lot of water and tea to stay going. Our work is messy and hard, but we like seeing the finished parts stacked up on pallets ready to be shipped out. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the daily production done without any fuss or delay.
