You can find PASTICHE Energy Solutions Pvt.Ltd. at Plot No.46 in Industrial Area Phase 2, Panchkula. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to some of the bigger cities, which we actually quite like. The plot is a decent size, with enough room for our operations and a little bit of parking out front. The building itself is painted a neutral color and has been there for quite a few years. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the sound of whatever work is happening in the back. We have a few offices at the front where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over time as we grew. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night; we usually just tidy up after ourselves before we leave. There’s a small patch of grass near the gate that we try to keep green, though it’s a struggle in the summer. Our workday is pretty standard, starting early and ending when the light begins to fade. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us who stay in the office. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without being told. We’re just a local business in Panchkula doing our thing day in and day out without much fuss or unnecessary meetings.
