Narain Hospital

If you're looking for us, we’re at 42 Manauli House on Jail Road. It’s easy to spot once you get onto the main stretch of the road. The building is older, and you can tell it’s been there for a long time. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss the entrance when they are driving by. Inside, the ceilings are high, which helps keep it cool during the summer months. We have a few different rooms for patients, and we try to keep them as tidy as possible. It’s not a big corporate hospital with a million rules. It’s more of a local spot where people feel okay coming in. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we're more than we are. The staff is mostly people from the local area who walk or bike to work. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and checking on the equipment. Sometimes the street noise is a bit loud, especially when the traffic jams up outside, but we’re used to it by now. We keep a big water cooler in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty. The paperwork is mostly handled by hand at the front desk. It can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings, but we manage to get everyone seen eventually. It’s just a normal hospital doing what it needs to do every day without making a big fuss about it or bothering anyone.
