Our place is Shop No 10 in the Main Market of Sector 20, Panchkula. We are quite close to the Grain Market, which means the area is usually full of people and activity throughout the day. Although our address is in Panchkula, we end up helping people from across Chandigarh too since we are so close to the border. The shop is a small, modest space where we do all our coaching work. We don't have a big team or a fancy office setup. It's just a couple of us who take care of the teaching and the daily chores. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve made for the classes. It’s a working environment, so it’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find in the market. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy slogans. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. The noise from the Grain Market can be a bit much sometimes, but it’s just part of the local atmosphere. We know the other shop owners around here and feel like a real part of the Sector 20 community. It’s an honest, simple business and we try to keep it that way. We spend our time preparing for the next day's lessons and chatting with the parents who stop by to check on their kids.
