We are located in Sector 15 of Panchkula at house number 1381. This is where we handle the operations for our ready-mix concrete business in the Haryana area. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy or corporate. We chose this spot because it’s central enough to manage the different sites we supply. Most of our day is spent on the phone, coordinating with site engineers and our truck drivers. Ready-mix is a time-sensitive business, so things can get a bit frantic when a pour is scheduled. We aren't the type of company that has a big lobby or a marketing department. It’s just us sitting around a few desks, tracking deliveries and checking the quality of the batches. Sector 15 is a nice, organized part of town, which makes the work a bit easier. We don't wear suits or use a lot of big business words. We just talk plain English and get to the point. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with site maps and delivery notes scattered around. We have a small stove for making tea, and that’s where we usually stand around and talk about the day's challenges. It’s a very down-to-earth place. Most people who work with us appreciate that we don't try to overcomplicate things. We just focus on getting the concrete to where it needs to be on time. It is a simple routine that works for our small team.
