We are based at Flat No. 29 in the Pearl Apartments, located in GHS 29 of Sector-5, MDC, Panchkula. It is a residential area in Haryana, so our office is actually inside an apartment building. This gives our workspace a very different feel than a typical commercial office. It is much quieter and feels more personal. We have converted the rooms into a place where we can handle all the business for Leela Resorts. There is a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and a balcony that looks out over the local neighborhood. It is a very low-key setup. We don't have a big front desk or any corporate branding inside the flat. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. The neighbors are regular families, so we make sure to keep things professional and quiet throughout the day. Panchkula is a well-planned city, and our sector is quite pleasant to walk around during our lunch breaks. We don't have a team of people in suits. We are just a small group of workers who dress casually and focus on getting the work done. It is an honest and straightforward way to run a business. We don't need a fancy office in a skyscraper to do what we do. Working out of an apartment suits us just fine and keeps us grounded in the local community. It is a simple, practical home for our company.
