MITOYA INSTRUMENTS

You can find us at Plot No-415 in the Industrial Area, Phase-I. It is a typical industrial setup where there’s a lot of dust and noise from the neighbors, but inside Mitoya Instruments, we try to keep things a bit more controlled. Measuring instruments need a bit of care, so our benches are usually kept as clean as possible. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in a few corners, but it serves its purpose well enough. We have a lot of different gauges and tools sitting on the shelves, and most of our time is spent calibrating things or checking if the numbers are right. It’s not the kind of work that you can rush, so the atmosphere is usually pretty quiet, except for the occasional sound of a heavy truck passing by outside. Most of the staff here have lived nearby for years, so we all know the local spots to get a decent lunch. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner and some sturdy chairs. It’s a basic way to work, focusing on the precision of the instruments without making a big deal about it. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day.
