We are over at 135 in the Phase-2 industrial area. The work we do is all about being exact, which can be a bit stressful sometimes. We have these measuring instruments that are incredibly sensitive, so we try to keep the place as clean as possible, though that is hard to do in an industrial zone. You’ll see people hunched over benches looking through lenses or checking digital readouts that show numbers most people wouldn't care about. It’s quiet work compared to the neighbors who are probably banging on pipes or running heavy presses. We spend our time checking gauges and making sure everything is calibrated correctly. If something is off by even a tiny fraction, it doesn't leave the shop. We get a lot of visitors who bring in parts for us to inspect, and we have to explain what we found in the reports we write. The coffee machine is probably the most used piece of equipment in the building besides the calipers. We don't have a big fancy lobby; it's mostly just shelves of instruments and workstations. Most of us have been working with measurements for a long time, so we have a feel for the tools and the precision required. It’s just what we do every day, making sure things are actually the size they are supposed to be before they go out.
