We’re based out of House Number 23 in Sector 11, Panchkula. It’s a quiet part of Haryana, and we like it that way. Lg Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. is our official name, but to us, it’s just where we go to work. The building is a house, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. It has a bit of character. We use the different rooms for different parts of the business. One room is for the computers, another for the records, and there’s a small space where we sit and eat our lunch. Sector 11 is a nice area with some trees and not too much noise from the main roads. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at the front desk. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just goes and opens the door. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't bother with fancy presentations or complicated systems. We use notebooks and simple spreadsheets to keep track of things. Sometimes the printer jams or the air conditioning struggles with the Haryana summer, but we make do. It’s an honest, plain way of working. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure our daily tasks are handled properly.
