Jasmine Kitchen Private Limited is over in Panchkula. You can find us in Sector-15, specifically at house or unit number 212. We've been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on food prep and managing the books. We are just a group of people who enjoy working in the kitchen. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just wake up, head to Sector-15, and get to work. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We handle all the daily tasks like ordering ingredients and keeping the place clean. Panchkula has a certain pace to it, and we fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life here. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It's just us. We’ve got a few tables and some basic equipment. It’s a practical setup. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We like the local feel of being in a residential-commercial mix. There's usually someone popping in to ask a question or drop off a package. We just keep our heads down and keep the kitchen running as best as we can every day. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of the shop.
