Jai Maa Bhagwati Realinfra Private Limited

We operate out of House Number 41-A in Panchkula Colony, specifically in D-Block. It’s a residential setting which makes the office feel quite informal and cozy. We are Jai Maa Bhagwati Realinfra Private Limited and we’ve been working from this Kh No-1372 location for some time now. The colony is usually pretty quiet, except for the occasional vegetable vendor passing by or kids playing in the street. Our workspace is just a couple of rooms converted into an office. We have some computers set up and a lot of notebooks where we jot down details. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or shiny floors. It’s just a regular house where we do our business. We spend a lot of time discussing local infrastructure and how the colony is expanding. Most of the people who work here live just a few streets away, so it feels like a neighborhood project. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them out with their real estate questions. Sometimes we sit in the small courtyard out front to have our tea. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being part of the local scene here in the 201001 area. It feels right to be close to the people we work with every day. It's just a small group of us here.
