Up here in Kalka, we’re located at 1125, Lower Karari. It’s a bit of a climb to get to this part of Haryana, but the air is much better than what you find in the bigger cities. We are situated in a quiet spot that feels very far away from the hustle of places like Delhi. The building is a simple structure that fits right in with the local houses around us. We handle various tasks for the company from this location, mostly focusing on the local area and regional needs. It’s a small team, and we all help out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s sorting mail, checking inventory, or answering the phone. The office inside is practical, with basic desks and a few old chairs that have been around forever. We have a small heater for the cold winter months because it can get quite freezing up here in the hills. During the rainy season, we have to keep an eye on the roof, but it’s mostly fine. There’s a sense of calm here that you don’t get in other offices. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few photos of the local scenery. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks who work at the ITC spot. We just go about our business, making sure everything is in order before we head home for the day. It’s a steady routine in a very peaceful part of the country.
