Simtronics Analytical & Laboratory Instruments is located over at Plot 47 Industrial Area Phase 1. If you know the area, it's not hard to find, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during lunch hours. We spend our days around tools and lab equipment. It gets pretty quiet in the back when everyone is concentrating on their work. We’ve been at this address for a while and seen the neighbors change over the years. Plot 47 has a lot of history for us. We aren't a giant corporation with shiny glass walls. Our walls are just plain paint, and there’s always a stack of manuals somewhere that needs filing. The work involves a lot of detail, so we try to keep the workspace organized, even if it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. People come by to ask about specific instruments, and we just talk to them like normal folks. There is no script here. We just know our equipment and we know this building. The industrial area is a bit dusty sometimes, but it suits us. Simtronics Analytical & Laboratory Instruments is basically a small team of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We don't have fancy slogans. We just show up at Plot 47 and get to work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a calibration or check a shipment. It’s a steady life here in Phase 1. We just keep going, day after day.
