Our place is in the Industrial Area Phase-1 of Panchkula, numbers 482 and 483. Multi Overseas India Private Limited is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the folks who handle the shipping and trade stuff from this corner. It’s a decent-sized space, which we need for all the paperwork and coordination. Panchkula is a good spot to be in; it’s organized and easy enough to get to. We aren’t much for sitting in boardrooms. Most of our time is spent on the phone or tracking where things are in the world. It’s a lot of logistical juggling. The office is pretty basic. A few computers, some filing cabinets, and plenty of coffee. We don’t go in for fancy decorations. We’d rather focus on making sure everything moves from point A to point B like it’s supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed at the ports or there’s a hiccup with a form, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s just the nature of this kind of business. We’ve been operating out of these units for a few years now. It feels like home. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t make big promises, we just put in the hours and see things through. That’s about all there is to it. The tea here is usually hot and the people are friendly enough if you stop by. We aren't big on ceremony, we just like to get things moving.
