HIMANI TOWERS LLP has its office at 201 in Sector 7, Panchkula. We’ve been set up here in Haryana for a while now. Sector 7 is a decent place to be, and our office is right in the middle of things. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the area well. Most of our time is spent on property details and making sure our records are right. The 134109 area is home to us, and we take the work seriously. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just tell it like it is. If a project is delayed, we say so. If something is ready, we let people know. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We handle the various bits of tower management and real estate that come across our desks. People from all over Panchkula stop in to see what we have available or to settle their accounts. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. Working in Sector 7 means we get to see the local growth firsthand. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes. We just keep doing our part from our office at 201.
