GRUYERE HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at House Number 1492 in Sector 4. It is a pretty standard residential-style building where we run the hospitality side of things. The area is decent, lots of trees and families walking around in the evenings. We focus on managing different types of stays and guest services. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. If a guest needs something at odd hours, we are usually the ones figuring it out. The 134112 zip code is a good spot to be in because it is close enough to the main roads but stays a bit calmer. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just us working through the daily logs and making sure the staff schedules are lined up. Sometimes we have to run out to different properties to check on things personally. You can't manage hospitality just from behind a screen. You have to see the rooms and talk to the cleaners. We’ve had our share of rainy days where the roof leaked or the internet went out, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure people have a decent place to sleep when they are away from home. It's regular work for regular people and we've been doing it for some time now.
