We’re located at Plot No. 181 in Sector 15, Panchkula. It’s a fairly quiet and well-planned area compared to some of the other places we have offices. The plot is big enough for our needs, and we’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. We don't have any decorative plants or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and some storage for our paperwork. Working in Haryana, we get used to the changing seasons, and this building handles them okay. We manage the regional business for Grasim Industries Limited from this address. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy where you can't talk to someone. We just get on with it. Sometimes we have visitors from the main office, but usually, it's just us. We like the fact that Sector 15 is easy to navigate and has some good places to grab a quick bite. We don't put out any marketing materials or try to look like something we’re not. It’s just an honest place of work. We keep our heads down and make sure the day's targets are met. It’s a simple setup, and that’s exactly how we like to keep it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a nice bonus for the team here.
