Our gym, Gold, is over in the main market of Sector 16, Panchkula. You can find us at SCO 10, right near the BSNL Exchange. It’s a very central spot, so a lot of people stop by while they are out doing their shopping or errands. We even get people coming over from Chandigarh because it’s a quick trip. The gym is a bit of a classic setup. It’s in an older building, so it doesn't have that super-modern, sterile look. It feels more like a traditional gym where people actually come to work. We have a good selection of plates and some solid machines for just about every muscle group. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We don’t have fancy digital check-ins or a cafe inside. It’s just us, the weights, and the people who come to lift them. The staff is around to help if something breaks or if you need a quick tip on a machine. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a busy market gym, so it has that lived-in feel. People usually come in, get their workout done, and head out. There’s a nice sense of community here though, especially among the morning crowd. We aren't part of some giant chain; it’s just a local business trying to provide a good place for people to stay healthy.
