It’s a solid building numbered 92 where we do all our daily work. There aren’t any parks or fancy cafes right next door, just other industrial units and the sound of trucks moving in and out. It’s a practical place to be. We have our machinery and our storage areas all set up to be as useful as possible. It gets a bit dusty in the industrial area, and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but we don't really care about that. We are here to work. Being in Phase-1 means we are part of a big network of businesses. We don’t have a big lobby with a fountain. It’s just a door and some stairs and a lot of work stations.
