Our place is at House Number 1218 in Urban Estate Phase 1. It is a regular house that we have turned into an office space for our consulting work. You might miss the gate if you are driving too fast down the street, but once you are inside, it is just a couple of rooms filled with files and some old computers. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in looking for advice on their education or careers. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when more people show up at once. There is always a tea kettle going somewhere in the back room. Working out of Urban Estate is nice because it is quiet enough to actually hear what people are saying. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. Eduvantage is basically just us sitting at our desks, going through paperwork and trying to help folks figure out their next steps. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, but we get the work done eventually. It is a small operation here in Phase 1. We know the regular faces in the neighborhood and they know us. It is a simple setup and we do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a house where we do our business every day from morning until the sun goes down.
