Doctors Placements

We are based over in Sector 15 of Panchkula. While our office is there, we also spend a lot of time serving the Chandigarh area. Doctors Placements is mostly about making connections. Our desks are usually covered in resumes and our phones are almost always busy. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out who fits where. We don't use any high-tech systems, just good old-fashioned conversations. Sometimes it feels like we are more of a switchboard than an office. Panchkula is a bit quieter than Chandigarh, which we appreciate when things get hectic. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's coffee orders by now. It’s not always easy, especially when someone needs a doctor in a hurry and the right person isn't picking up. We do our best to keep everyone updated. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big slogan. We just try to help people find work and help clinics find staff. Most of our day is spent on the 134113 zip code stuff, but we’re often driving across the border into Chandigarh for meetings. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't get rattled too easily. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of lists that keep growing. We finish the day when the last call is done and head home.
