Design Equilibrium

Our spot is over in Sector 10 of Panchkula, right at house number 376. It is a quiet enough area, which is good when we need to focus on drawing things up. It is not a commercial showroom, so it feels more like a home office where things actually happen. We have got a few big tables that stay covered in sketches and empty tea cups most of the day. People around here know us as the folks who are always looking at maps or site plans. We do not really dress up much unless we have to go out to a site. The neighborhood is nice because you can actually find a place to park most of the time, which isn't always true in other parts of town. We have been working out of this location for a bit and it suits us fine. There is no big sign out front, just the number on the gate. Inside, it is mostly just us arguing about where a wall should go or how to fit everything into a small space. We handle a lot of the local work here in the 134109 area. Sometimes clients just drop by to see how things are going, and we usually have a pot of tea ready. It is a pretty straightforward way to run things, and we prefer it that way over having a glossy office in a mall.
