Dell

Our office is actually just a house, Number 778, located in Sector 12 of Panchkula. It doesn't look like a big corporate branch from the outside, but inside we’ve got everything we need to handle our daily tasks for Dell. Working out of Haryana 134109 is nice because the sectors here are pretty well laid out. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and monitors. It feels a lot more like a home than an office, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Mostly, we are just a few people sitting around doing tech work, answering calls, and trying to figure out why certain systems are acting up. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, so we don't get much noise except for the occasional car passing by. We handle our own snacks and cleaning. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. If a computer needs fixing, we just clear some space on the table and get to it. We aren't big on rules or dress codes here; we just want to make sure the work is done properly. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard if we need a break from the screens. It’s a decent way to work, away from the typical office buildings you see in the bigger cities.
