We are based in Kalka, Haryana, at House Number 12A in the HIG Housing Board Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the busier parts of town. Kalka is a small place, so everyone kind of knows the Housing Board layout. The office is basically part of a house, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. It’s more like working from home but with a full team there. We called it Careerpatri and we have been operating out of here for some time. There isn't any big sign on the roof or anything, just a small one by the door. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of books and papers. In the winter, it gets quite chilly, so we usually have a heater going and plenty of tea to stay warm. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a dress code or strict rules about where you sit. We just make sure the work gets done and that we reply to everyone who reaches out. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and it feels more like a community than just a business. We like it that way. It’s honest and straightforward. We aren't trying to be some big global firm; we are just local folks doing our thing from a quiet corner of Haryana.
