Bangail Clinic

Our clinic, Bangail Clinic, is situated in the village of Nohni, which is part of the Mullana tehsil near Ambala City. It’s a quiet place, far away from the big noise of the major cities. Most of our days are spent seeing people from the village and the surrounding farms. We handle the kind of health issues that pop up in a rural area—lots of seasonal stuff, minor injuries from work, and general checkups for the elderly. It’s a very basic setup. We don't have the big machines you’d find in Ambala City, but we do what we can with what we’ve got. The clinic is basically just a few rooms where people can sit and wait their turn. Since it’s a village, we know just about everyone who walks in. We know their families and their history, which makes the job a bit more personal than city work. Sometimes we have to send people into the city if it’s something we can’t handle here, but for the most part, we manage the daily health needs of Nohni. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s important work for the people here. We open up early and usually stay until the last person has been seen. It’s just how things work in this part of the country. No one is in a huge rush, but we get the job done eventually. It’s been this way for a long time and we like the pace of the village life.
