Ambala Foods Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Industrial Area at 136/27. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the raw materials arrive on the big trucks. We spend most of our time in the back where the processing actually happens. It isn't a quiet office by any means. You can usually hear the sound of the packing machines and the staff talking loudly over the noise. We have been at this address for quite a few years now. The floor is always kept clean because we deal with food, so we are quite strict about that. It isn't always easy working in the heat of the industrial area, but we have a good group of people here who don't complain much. Sometimes we sit out front near the gate during lunch just to get a bit of fresh air and watch the traffic. The office part is small, just enough for a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't really have any fancy decorations on the walls. Most of what you see are just delivery schedules and calendars. People in the neighboring units know us as the food guys. We don't use any big marketing tricks to get customers. We just focus on getting the orders ready and loaded onto the trucks. It can be a long day, but seeing the stacks of finished goods at the end of the shift feels alright.
