Ajmer Malik & Associates

We’ve been at 432 in Panchkula Sector 27 for a while now. If you know where Ojas Hospital is, we are just right there. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Ajmer Malik & Associates is basically just a group of us who handle various projects around Chandigarh and the surrounding areas. We spend most of our days looking at papers, talking to people, and making sure things get done right. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic in the office with all the files everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't a big fancy firm with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk or maybe out on a site visit. People stop by to ask about drawings or just to get some advice on their building plans. It’s a lot of back and forth. We try to keep things simple. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we're on the phone, but we'll get to you. Sector 26 is nearby too, so we're easy to find if you're coming from that side. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s been that way for a long time. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need to do. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized, even when the desk is covered in blueprints.
