Agrochill Federation

Agrochill Federation is located right in Sector 10 of Panchkula. It's House Number 507, a place that looks like any other home in the neighborhood. We wanted a spot that felt comfortable and not too stiff. We deal with cold storage and making sure things stay fresh, which is where the name comes from. Being in Panchkula is great because it’s a bit slower than the huge cities but still has everything we need. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know their way around the industry. We often have meetings around the kitchen table or in the front room. There's usually a stack of files on the coffee table. We don’t go for the polished corporate look because that’s just not who we are. We're more interested in making sure our federation members get what they need. If you walk by, you might see us chatting on the porch or unloading some gear. It’s a very hands-on type of operation. We’ve been working from this Sector 10 address for a while and the neighbors know us. We try to be helpful and stay out of the way. It’s just honest work, keeping things moving and chilled out as much as possible. We don't have a marketing department, just us doing our best every day to keep things organized and running smoothly. The garden outside needs weeding, but we usually focus on the work inside first.
