We are based in Vakta Pura Village at House No. 237. This is in the Shehera Taluka of the Panch Mahals district. Our place is right near the primary school. You can hear the children playing and the teachers calling out all through the day. Samay Irrigation has been here for a long time. We work on irrigation systems for the farms in this area. It’s a rural life. We spend most of our time out on the dirt roads visiting different plots of land in the district. Our office at House 237 is pretty simple. We keep our tools and some spare parts there. The roads getting out here can be rough, especially after a big storm. We don't have a big staff, just us and some local help when things get busy. We know almost everyone in the village by name. It’s a tight community. We don't use any big marketing words. We just talk to the farmers and see what their fields need. Sometimes a pump breaks and we have to go out late at night to fix it. That's just how it goes with farming. We’ve lived here our whole lives and don't see that changing anytime soon. If you’re coming from Shehera, just follow the road to the school and you’ll find us. There's always someone around to talk about pumps or pipes.
