Polam Sreerupa

We spend most of our time out here at Yashkamal Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot along the Baska Tajpura Road in Panelav. Being in the Halol area means dealing with a lot of dust and truck traffic every single day, but that is just how things go in this part of Panchmahals. Our setup is at Survey No.40. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us getting through the daily work and making sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes the power goes out or the heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. The staff here has been around for a while, so everyone knows the routine by heart now. We don’t really do big meetings or long speeches. It is more about checking the orders and making sure the gate is open on time. Living and working around here has its own pace. You get used to the sounds of the other units nearby. It feels like a real community of people just trying to do their jobs well without too much fuss. If you ever find yourself driving down toward the industrial estate, you’ll see our place right there among the others. We have been here for a good bit now and it feels like home, even with all the noise and the constant movement of goods going in and out of the yard.
