Panam Construction Llp

We are over on Varadhari Road, specifically at the C/O Sunilkumar Kantilal Brahmbhattbarotvada location. It’s a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we’ve set up Panam Construction Llp. The road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a solid location for us. We share the space, or rather we are cared for there. It's a traditional kind of spot, not one of those glass office buildings you see in the big cities. We have our files and our plans spread out on the big tables. Panam Construction Llp is a local name. Most people around here know Sunilkumar. The office feels lived-in. There are old stacks of papers and some samples of materials lying around in the corners. We don't really go for the modern look. It’s more about having a place to meet and get the construction details sorted out. Varadhari Road has a lot of movement during the day. We see the same people passing by every morning. It's a comfortable routine. We don't have a website that works very well, so people just come by or call. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here. It’s not a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well enough. We keep a stash of biscuits for when visitors come by. The ceiling fan has a bit of a squeak, but we’ve grown fond of the sound over time. It feels like home.
