Menlo Worldwide

Our location is in Harkundi, which is a village in the Godhra taluka of the Panchmahal district. It’s quite a way out from the main city, but we like the pace here. We handle things for Menlo Worldwide from this local office. It’s a modest setup, mostly just a few rooms where we keep our records and manage the local logistics. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the transport schedules are being followed. Since we are in a more rural spot, we have to be careful about planning, especially when it comes to getting supplies in or out. The staff here are all from the surrounding villages. We don't have any polished corporate training; we just learned the job by doing it every day. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that work hard during the summer months. People know where we are because there aren't many offices like this in Harkundi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on our specific tasks and making sure the paperwork stays in order. It’s a lot of routine work, checking lists and making calls, but it’s what we know. We’ve been here for a while and have become a small part of the local landscape in this part of Gujarat.
