Larsen & Toubro (Oman) Llc

We are based in C/39 Anand Nagar Society in Godhra. It’s a regular society house that we use for the L&T Oman work. It might seem a bit odd to have an Oman-related office in a Gujarat residential society, but it works for us. It’s a quiet spot. Godhra is a small place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of international coordination from here, which means sometimes the hours are a bit strange because of the time difference. We don't have a big staff here, just a handful of people who know the ropes. The neighbors are nice, they don't mind us being here. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. If you didn't know the address, you might just walk right past it. Inside, it’s all business, mostly paperwork and phone calls. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy when we’re busy with a lot of files. We’ve been here at Anand Nagar for a good bit of time. It’s a practical setup. No corporate polish, just a group of people working on big projects from a small home base. It’s simple and it works for what we need to do. We usually have some snacks and tea in the afternoon while we check our emails. It’s a basic life, but we are satisfied with the way things are going here.
