You can find Jay Ambe Kirana Store over at the Braj Vihar Apartment in Gayatri Society. We are located in Lunawada, right near the Bsnl Office. It’s a convenient spot for the people living in the apartments and the nearby houses. We keep a variety of household items on hand. The shop is small, so we have to use every inch of shelf space we have. Sometimes boxes are stacked a bit high, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business run by local people. We aren't part of any big chain. We just open up early in the morning and stay open until the last few customers finish their evening shopping. The Bsnl Office is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We get a lot of people stopping by on their way home from work. It’s nice to be a part of Gayatri Society. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in to buy things for their own parents. We don’t do any fancy promotions or have a website. We just try to have what people ask for at a fair price. It’s a bit of a squeeze in here sometimes when it’s busy, but nobody seems to mind. We’re just happy to be a reliable stop for the neighborhood. We make sure to keep the essentials like milk and bread ready for the morning rush.
