Hgi Foundries At Halol (Pms)

We run the foundry operations over in Kothamba, which is in the Lunawada taluka of the Panchmahal district. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work happens. Being in a foundry means it’s always hot and there’s always smoke and grit in the air. We are used to it, but visitors usually find it a bit much. We do casting and metal work, the kind of stuff that requires big furnaces and heavy molds. It’s dangerous work if you aren't paying attention, so we keep a close eye on everything. We don't have a polished office; our "office" is usually just a small room with a fan that barely works. Most of our time is spent on the floor with the guys, making sure the pours go right. Kothamba is a small place, so everyone knows who we are and what we do. We’ve been at this for years, and our hands are always stained with soot. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean. We don't talk much about strategies or growth. We just talk about whether the melt is ready and if the molds are set right. It’s honest, hard work that leaves you tired at the end of the shift. We are just a local foundry trying to keep the furnaces running through the week.
