Trinity Beverages

Trinity Beverages is located in Batim, which is a part of Goa Velha in the Ilhas district. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the touristy parts of the state, which we actually prefer. Our daily routine starts pretty early before the sun gets too high and things start to get really humid. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse area, moving crates and organizing the stock for the day's routes. The roads around here can be narrow, so we have to be careful with the local traffic. It is a simple operation we have going on. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. You can usually find a few of us sitting outside during the lunch hour, trying to catch a breeze. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We mostly deal with local vendors and shops in the surrounding villages. It feels more like a community thing than a big business. Sometimes the power cuts out, which is just part of living in this area, and we just wait it out. We don't have a lot of rules about how things are done as long as the work gets finished by the end of the day. It is just a regular life here.
