We are located in Sonali Apartment, specifically in Unit A 1. It’s right behind the KTC bus stand in Marcela. If you are near the Bank of Baroda, you are basically right there. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement and people rushing to catch their rides. Our space is tucked away a bit, which is nice because it stays a little cooler than the street outside. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors are all familiar faces. It’s a standard apartment setup that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have some files, a couple of desks, and the usual stuff you’d find in a small local office. The light coming through the windows is quite good in the afternoon. We spend our time handling various administrative tasks and talking to folks who walk in from the bus station. It isn't a fancy place with leather chairs; it’s just where we do our daily work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to the sound of the buses shifting gears. We keep a pot of tea going and just work through whatever paperwork is on the desk. Marcela is a good spot to be in because it’s a bit of a hub for the surrounding villages. We just keep at it and make sure things are in order. It is a simple life and we enjoy the routine.
