L U Halankar & Company is located on the 1st floor of Trianora Apartments in Panaji. We are really close to the Municipal Market, which is a great landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Being near the market means there’s always a lot of energy and people around. You can hear the sounds of the vendors and the shoppers throughout the day. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it feels a bit more personal than a cold, glass skyscraper. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and set up our workstations. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of papers, but it’s our space and it works for us. Panaji is a busy town, but our little spot on the first floor is where we can sit down and focus. We don’t do anything flashy. We don't have a big reception area with a coffee machine for guests. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. Most days are spent looking through documents and talking to people who come by after they’ve finished their shopping at the market. It’s just a normal, everyday business, and we are fine with that. We just keep our heads down and manage the workload as it comes to us.
