Zain Tour Travels

Out here in Pampore, we have our small office for Zain Tour Travels. Pulwama is a quiet place most of the time, and we like it that way. We spend our days arranging trips and helping people figure out how to get around the valley. It’s not a big corporate operation or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some chairs where we talk to folks about where they want to go. Often, we are just helping out neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. Travel can be tricky with the roads and the seasons, so we spend a lot of time checking the weather. We do our best to keep the cars moving and the schedules straight. It’s mostly about making sure the keys are in the right hands and the fuel is topped up. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while waiting for a client to arrive. The building is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been in Pampore for a bit now and know the roads pretty well. It isn't always easy work, especially when things change last minute, but we manage. People just want to see the sights and get home safe, and that is what we focus on every day. We don't use fancy software, just our notebooks and phones. We have a small TV in the corner that we hardly ever turn on, and the front door squeaks every time someone comes in. We’ve known the families around here for years.
