Vegstar Farmer Producer Company Limited is our group, and we are located in the Palwal and Faridabad area. Our main contact point is in Village Sevli, which is part of the Hodal tehsil. We are at House Number 135, which is Gian Chand’s place. Sevli is a busy little village, and we are right in Block 2. As you can probably tell from the name Vegstar, a lot of what we do involves vegetables. Farming in this part of Haryana, near the border of Palwal and Faridabad, means we are always looking at the local markets. We aren't a big corporation with suits and ties. We are just people like Gian Chand who have been farming for years. We meet up at his house to plan out which vegetables to grow and how to get them to the city markets while they are still fresh. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. The 121106 area is where we live and work. We don't have a fancy office, just a room with some chairs and a lot of talk about soil and seeds. Sometimes the weather ruins a crop and we have to start over. It’s not a perfect business, but being in a producer company helps us share the burden. We’re just local farmers in Sevli trying to do things a bit better by working together as a team to handle the heavy lifting.
