We are located just off the main road here. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic passing by all day, but we've gotten used to it. Most of the time we are busy with whatever work comes in, just keeping things moving along. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and the usual equipment we need to get through the day. We’ve been at this for a while now. Sometimes the tea guy comes late, and that’s the biggest drama of the morning. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do what needs doing, and go home. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over a quick break. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s a simple setup we have here. We handle the paperwork and the technical stuff right from this spot. Nothing too complicated about it. We just try to stay organized and make sure we don't fall behind on the schedule. It's a lot of routine, really. Checking emails, taking some calls, and making sure the supplies are where they should be. That's pretty much what life is like at Uretek India Pvt. Ltd. day in and day out. We just keep at it.
