S&D Dairy Llp is situated in Village Pahari, which is part of the Hathin Tehsil in the Palwal-Faridabad area. Our specific spot is Hattu Patti, and we are right near the Holi Chowk. Being in a village means the pace is a bit different than the city. We have the dairy setup here and it’s a lot of work involving the animals and the milk collection. The P.O. is Bahin, so it’s a bit of a trek to get mail sometimes. The 121105 area is mostly farmland and other small dairy patches. At Holi Chowk, there is usually someone sitting around talking, and it’s a real community feeling. Our dairy isn't a modern glass building. It’s made of brick and concrete and is built for function. We spend our days hauling buckets and checking on the health of the herd. The mud can be a problem when it rains, making the Patti hard to walk through, but we just put on boots and keep going. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the daily milk and the chores that come with a dairy in a village like Pahari. It’s a lot of manual labor and not much rest. We know everyone in the village and they know us. It’s just a simple, local dairy business trying to do things the old-fashioned way without needing any big fancy signs or polished words.
